For all the teachers out there. How do you deal with students who do not want to learn. The ones that only like to disrupt class making it that much harder for those who do want to learn.
I have seen different teachers handle it in all different ways, what are some of your techniques.

Some students are really difficult to manage. There are some factors why they are in this kind of state. Do you believe that some of them are manifesting mild MR or retarded. A student who can not cope up in class shows this kind of behaviour of not wanting to learn, in fact, he or she really can not compreheng the subject matters in class. If the child or any individuals manifesting of such behaviour, it is appropriate to consult a doctor and solicit a proper solution for such.On the other hand, you can distinguish the other students who are really brats in nature. These students are really needed to take in consideration, perhaps they are having dilemmas in their house or any problems that contribute to their bizaare behavior.

Can't you just send them out of the class room? Guess it depends on the age of the children really.
