I like green tea without milk in it. I just really likes to drink tea in the past, but I do not know what effect of it, now I heard that the tea can prevent cancer and gargle with tea can make teeth strong, is it really?

I heard it is very good for obesity, it will kill fat and cholestrol in the body, some ppl say, if you drink 3 cups of green tea everyday, there is no need to do any exercise for the fat burning. These are good points which u mentioned. If you have any other info, plzz pass it.
