haricharan yeah, we all try to avoid or skip those worst days...but bearing the pain alone will not help you heal quicker, you should have an idea how to overcome or recoup the situation, what might be that??

haricharan yes when hit hard it is not impossible to get up...it is equally hard to get up....I understand your feelings and respect them....how are you couping up now??
