Money for posting

I know, as you know... there are many people in here and if they pay a lot to each person then they will not have enough money for someone else. I understand what you mean. I used to work at someone other place and they paid really good... but now I can make only 50 cents for the first 6 minutes only... what the deal? no choice... my free time and try to make some money...

Was glad to see these discussions you do. I miss the old days when you were so prolific and interesting. Now we are interesting in our emails. I will be forever grateful for that time in the beginning when earning was worth while. Seems a shame that they do not reward at least the loyalty of their long timers. Not that many of us. I have been here for 7 months and I have seen the massive changes that have occurred in that time. I really dont know what has happened...Maybe the newbies that come and have multiple accounts and useless discussions, ruin it for the ones that put an effort into this site (thats one thing that annoys me anyway). But I really do not know...

Hi Margie,I know what you mean about the earnings, and the rules here on mylot,they are way to demanding We can not make any money here on this site any longer.Those good old days are long gone!!I myself have been burned here on Mylot, you know the deal.I too spend very little time here, it is not worth my time either, I am only here because of great friends such as you!!!The discussions are not the same anymore, and i seems that it has even gotten slower.I spend most of my time on other sites, as they seem to have a better administration.But I am like you, I check in here every now and then to see what is going on.

Ya, I joined here thinking maybey I could make some extra pocket cash... turns out to just be pocket change. I got 5 cents for 7 posts, then today they told me that I have reached my maximum picture upload... I have only uploaded 2 pictures since I signed up. This site seems pretty petty, I mean with as many adds as they have, and even the interests that you type in, they use to add more adds to your page, ever since I put Final Fantasy, and WoW to my interests I keep getting them trying to sell me the games... that I already have. Its rather dissapointing to see people get greedy. I think if people are going to make the effort to come and post their thoughts and opinions and spend their time here when they could be doing something more constructive, then they should get more than half a cent per post. Unfortuanatly, most businesses that are big, are big because they use you to get where they want, and then when they don't need you anymore, well... You get paid pennys, or half pennys. We are just the avenue to their fortune, while we sit here and collect pennys.

Earlier this week I checked out past payments that I received from MyLot. When I first started out I received payments that actually made me say "wow". I have to say that the payments fall way short of the ones we first received. The only thing that keeps me here is the friendships I have made. My MyLot friends have helped me through some tough times, shared my happy ones, offered me good sound advise, kept me going. Unless the site goes completely belly-up, I will be around.

I know what you are talking about, it was much easier and people were not as angry as they are now. We didn’t have discussions deleted and post missing...

It is sad, I spend quite a bit of time here, but this will be the first month since I have been here that I will not be able to make the payout minimum. Every month until now I have done it with no problem.

I know it's terrible and I only mae 7 cents from doing 11 or 12 responses. I used to do more and have around 35 or more cents but now it seem to be going down and slower. I got where I don't come here as much because I don't get much emails so I now come in the afternoons or eveings and stay abut 1 hour or less it depends on how much responses I have and I am ike you I made so many good friends here and not going anywhere and hope it will be better soon.

Hello Margie, It's always good to see you. I don't put this place on my top proity list anymore. I am just trying to reach that minimum payout, which is comming soon. When I do reach that goal, I'll probably stop in once and a while, just to chat. Right now I need that money for my campaign trail. You know running for President is hard work. Well, seeing how many posts that you have how much have you made from mylot so far? I mean just stating I made only three posts yesterday and I made $0.08.

I agree with you, money is not everything as far as mylot is concerned. the friends count and count very strongly! Do you know that with contacts you can make more money? son contacts wih mylotters is a resource you can throw away!

Yeah, I know what you mean exactly and that is why I am not much here myself anymore. Hopefully, someday it will change to something good like more money.

Your reasons are the same as my reasons for not spending too much time on this site anyone plus the type of members we have now are very different from the old ones. Now you get nasty, mean, backstabbers who get your discussions deleted just for kicks so why bother.

a lot of people are complaining about the cut in the payout. that's why i am not on as much. I come on just a few mins a day sometimes i don't even come on at all.it's not worth the time
