Is there a certain kind of body soap you use if so why? I have to use Dove products because I have very sensitive skin. my other family members can use anything.. On thing I don't like about the Dove products is that it's so expensive.. So what kind do you use?

I use the Dove bar soap to wash my face. I can only use Dove or glycerin soap for my face, anything else will make me break out. For body soap, I use St. Ives. I think it works really well and it's not badly priced.

I think so. Most body washes make me itch but St. Ives doesn't. I'm not sure if they have a special formula for sensitive skin but it seems to work well for me!

my little girl uses dove eversince, its suits her, when my husband came home for vacation 4 months ago, he's working overseas, he bought 24c bars, we are still using it, i use dove too, yes it can be very expensive but it think it compensate for the benefit our skin gets from dove

I agree it just tends to keep the skin soft which is really nice and keep it from drying out as well to fast.. I noticed that with other soaps I did use back when.. I always had dry skin from them.. Thanks for you reply!

I stopped using soap in the shower years ago before trying to remove soap scum from the glass shower screens and tiles was a never-ending and not very satisfactory job. I will not allow soap to be used in our showers any more, but provide a selection of shower gels, suitable for men or women. Shower gels are not soap and leave no soap scum. I find the shower gels are much nicer to use. I don't have sensitive skin but I would imagine they would be better than any soap. I do use Dove soap on my face and am happy with it.

I usually use bath and body works shower gel. They have great deals on multiple purchases so I always load up when they're having a sale. I've got a bunch of different scents I love and switch them out before I get bored with one.

I don't believe I've seen that on the shelfs before actually unless I've just never really looked for it.. I usually do that to my dove product not that I get bored of it or anything, just didn't scents.. Thanks for your reply!

My daughter also uses Dove because of her very sensitive skin. I hate the added cost to it but I have to fork that over for many other products as well for scent free products and products made for people like you guys. Since I am afraid to have the other stuff around in case of cross contamination I don't buy other products.

I can understand that so many products and don't know which to pick.. Dove was the only product that my doctor told me to use, he for warned me it was pricey and all but it's just something I need so I don't break out I will buy it.. My shampoo is totally different though.. Thanks for your reply!

Hi, I have sensitive skin as well but I go for Irish Spring. It never really seems to irritate the skin and I like the smell of it. Actually I have used Irish Spring my whole life and the smell remings me of childhood memories. It is funny how some of the senses can do that. cheers,

I agree, i have never tried the Irish Spring soap before.. My husband has and he seems fine using it.. I think it's just certain types i can and can't use.. The last kind i do recall using was Zest and i broke out really bad from it.. That's why the doctor told me to stick with Dove.. Isn't it strange how some soaps can do one thing and the other does something else.... Thanks for your reply!!
