phobias

You sound a lot like me I do not like spiders and snakes.I can not stand small places.I am afraid of high places.I do have phobias,and 5 out 10 people have them,if they will admit it.

I have to admit that as strong as I consider myself, I am petrified of heights and dentists!!

I don't like spiders or snakes either... OMG when I was younger my brother would chase me around the yard with a snake... I am afraid of heights too.. Something about being up really really high scares me, could be just the thought of it.. I'm not afraid of the dark I actually like it I am able to sleep better in the dark but my son needs a night light..

i'm afraid of flying insects, lizard and a drunk man..

I am also afraid of small enclosures. I don't care much for the dark either. But I guess the thing that makes me loopy the most is feel closed in or swarmed. Clutter, crowds, elevators. I don't want my body buried when I die cause that would be an enclosed place. Yuck! I have become a minimalist because I can't handle too much stuff around. I can't breath right and I will shake. It is totally a mental thing that comes from the very messed up childhood I had but it isn't hurting anyone for me to have very little in my house. Only drawbacks is that the kids and Howard know it will make me weird to be around it. Makes me feel weak when I am the All Powerful Mommy! So that sucks. Vicki

i to have a fear of heights but i wouldn't call it a phobia because it is not excessive fear or anything, i mean i will take the plane of course. I have a small case of clausterphobia (sp?) as a toddler i remember my head being sat on and feeling as if i would never get out... i guess that is why. I'm not very afraid of spiders, i mean i don't love them but i have no problem killing them, snakes? don't see too many of those but i'll say now that i would try to catch it.
