Is there one show you would watch all the time if you could? Maybe you do watch one now. If so, what is it?

I love to watch Scrubs reruns - Mary Tyler Moore - MASH - Murphy Brown and Everybody Loves Raymond. I get a kick out of all those shows. There'a also a show I love to watch - and old B&W show that the censors won't allow me to put in. It also had Mary Tyler Moore in it and a very famous male actor and comedian. How's that for family friendly?

Good question! Let me think... there's a difference between shows I WANT to watch all the time, and shows I end up watching all the time. I think Reality TV, if it's a show you like, has re-run potential, because I find that since there is no specific, neat little plot, your memory of what happened in any given episode is much weaker. Plus, there tend to be some interesting spontaneous moments or really good tips. As for shows I watch often but don't necessarily want to, I'd list the Simpsons, Friends, Everyone Loves Raymond and up until recently, Tool Time. I like these shows of course, but would choose to watch other things if I had the option. These are played so much that I get stuck with them though.

Mine would have to be I love Lucy. Like yours too.

You know, I've never seen I Love Lucy. I think I've seen one episode, but not all the way through. I thought of a couple others though! Bewitched and I Dream of Jeannie!

Shows I was raised on...when tv was relatively harmless and funny without insult.

There are a few shows over the years that I've really loved. Some of my favorites include Boston Legal, Everwood, and The Andy Griffith Show. :O)

Ron Howard. Yep, he produces a lot of movies these days, most of them with heart... maybe from his start on such a kindhearted show. :O)

Those are bringing up some oldies. I'll bet you like Hawaii 5-0 if you are into old legal shows with drama. I don't remember Everwood. But who can forget the Andy Griffith Show? I think the son is a big producer now; can't remember his name right off. But I'm faily sure of it. Isn't it Ron something?

That's right. I've seen a few and watched a few documentaries that covered his life and work. Can't think of any single movies right now, but I think he has done several.

I still stay up late and watch MASH, though I can quote most lines from the shows at this point in time. There are very few episodes I do not like.

I forgot about M*A*S*H! What a terrific show that was! My husband really loves it and used to watch the reruns every night. Years ago, I bought a M*A*S*H trivia game for my hubby and every single time we played, I kicked his butt! :O)

I think I've seen every episode, some more than once. My husband is a Mash lover and Mash finds its way into our livingroom several nights a week, that and Everybody Loves Raymond. Lately my husband is into re-runs of I Love Lucy. My favorite one is the chocolates on the conveyer belt.

True. I think it insulted by omission though, and harmed people's self images or boxed them into categories. Not that it doesn't still! But hey, now we have MORE boxes!

Definitely! You know... so we can come up with more diverse labels and stereotypes. I swear, every time society manages to break a stereotype... prove it's not realistic, then people must make up exceptions to the rule, which become new rules, and other ways to box us in. Kind of silly when you think about just how many boxes we've created, and how many more we're going to end up with! Oddly I kind of want to go play Tetris or do a crossword now... or maybe colour! I think the boxes did it. Too much mental visual stimulation lol!

Well I might get laughed at but I miss the show Roseanne and I watch the reruns any chance I get. I just found that family to be more realistic than the others on television and it always made me laugh.

The Simpson's rock and they have been around forever. I'm not even sure, how long have The Simpson's been around for? Didn't they start out on the Tracy Ullman show?

This is too hard a question! There are literally too many to even begin, plus I've already seen all the episodes of the ones I'd say I could watch all day. Still, there's Cheers, Golden Girls, Eureka, Hex, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Venture Bros., gee... too many!

This is going to sound really crazy, but I love the reruns of The Munsters on TVLand. I remember watching them as a kid (they were reruns then too), but now they seem so much funnier. I guess a lot of the jokes just went over my head as a kid. I recently watched a Munsters marathon and thoroughly enjoyed it. So did my kids!

You're rigth. Crazy. But I might watch reruns of cartoons like McGilla Gorilla and roadrunner...if they ever came on. I'm not sure I could do a Munster marathon though.
