Intelligent house, what do you think about it?

When you are on the way to your home. You send a message from your cell phone to your intelligent house system. And when you get home, the light is automatically turned on, and in the kitchen, your meal in the microwave is ready. The TV set report that you have 3 missed call when you went out...
Is this a farry tale of the 22th century? No, it is real, in our age.
You can manage your house easily than ever before. So what do you think about it?

It sounds good, but very expensive. I don't think we'll be here in the 22nd century, but will have to see. Lot's of things we have today would never have been imagined like cars, cookers, fridges, etc. So who knows???

Yes, but they are not very expensive. You can use a system based on Linux.
