i do believe in vitamins.but i don't believe in taking vitamin supplements and that too synthetic ones to boast up my health.i like getting my vitamins and minerals from my diet.so i see to it that whatever is needed i get that from my diet.nature has got all those vital nutrients and vitamins.so why go for those laboratory prepared synthetic ones?
and thats the reason why i go for healthy foods like green vegetables, salmon, nuts like almonds, brocolli, lots of fruits.even though i am lactose intolerant,i don't go for calcium tablets.instead i take calcium enriched foods like seaweed, oranges, wakame, beans, sardines etc.
and touch wood till now i haven't found any problem with me that i have to rely on vitamin supplements.and i wish i don't have to anyday.

I take vitamins mostly because my Dr said they are necessary for me. I don't eat a lot, so by taking the vitamins I'm assured I'm getting the proper vitamins, nutrients, minerals, and trace elements that my body needs to function well. Now that I've been taking them for quite a while, I notice a difference in my energy level, and a whole lot of other things. I think when we lead fast-paced lives we probably don't eat right, or eat the proper foods, and skip real meals in favor of 'something quick.' I like that there are no side effects with vitamins and that they're natural and good for you.

I am sitting here with a few vitamins in a cup right now, needing to get some more water. Magnesium is good for a lot of things, as well as for your back. I helps with muscle spasms, and headaches, too. I take B6 for arthritis pain. I take lots of vitamins, I would much rather do that than expensive prescriptions with dangerous side effects. I take vitamins and minerals because they are gentle to my body, good for overall health, and have few or no side effects. I take them because they work.
