After three batches of cookies.
After one lime cheesecake.
After one strawberry shortcake.
One roast.
Fried green tomatoes.
Tiziki.
Smothered pork chops.
And fresh salsa.
All made from scratch.
It is time for me to end my vacation and go back to work sitting on my fat bum answering the phone so I can drop some weight, lol.

You must be some cook! That lime cheesecake sounds delicious. My husband does not want me to buy cream cheese and limes are so expensive here. My mouth is watering. But tell me, how are you going to lose weight answering the phone? Me I have to be up and moving to lose anything.

I'll be glad to send you the recipe. I use lime juice as opposed to squeezing the real thing - too lazy for that.
It is not a tough recipe and I never in my life thought I'd do such a thing, but I learned. The original recipe is for ameretto(SP.) so it's pretty adabptable
I'll lose weight, because I won't be cooking all day and tasting my creations, lol.

wow.... that's the vacation all about!!.. nways, it is really nice to work if you are enjoying your job and you have friends in your working place. it isnt even bad to work at all although vacation is much comfortable..lol... coz through salary we can buy things that we need and want. just enjoy the job....
