Why do most of you HATE MATH?

Hi miketomeo! :) I always loved Math, since kindergarten until now. My bestfriend, on the other hand, doesn't love Math and she's very honest about it. She even posted a forwarded e-mail about humors in Math in her site. I smiled, too, when I read that. :) Hmmm... it's maybe because at the very beginning, they are already told that Math is hard, so they lived to that belief. Others never have the patient to learn about Math. If only they know that they can use Math in every aspect of their lives. Agree? =) Cheers to us who love Math! (",) Take care and God bless!

It depends on the kind of math that I am into. i hate Trigonometry and Geometry, but I LOVE Algebra. I like to solve it more than any Math in the world, because it is much easier than the others. Hehehe...But all in all, it is still numbers, and maybe it is the reason why many people hate it. :D

I don’t hate it- It was just my toughest class in school and college also- I’m an accountant and I don’t need to use Trig ever- so why did I have to struggle through it- What do you do for a living? Use math in your daily job? Not basic math but advanced math? Trig? Calculus?

Dear Miketomeo, When I was young, I used to get poor mark in mathes subject. When I reached 8th standard, I started showing much interest in mathts subject. From 8th standard onwards I started getting good marks. At the young age most children do not like maths because they have to think to get a right answer to their question. By failure in maths subject at the young age create a fear in the heart of many children. Some children continued to hold that fear even after grew up but certain children started doing better when they grew up.

In fact I liked math when I was little. When I was in the high school, due to a math teacher's hurtful words. I wasn't interested in math any more. So after that, I failed my exams and I didn't like it at all.

I hate math because I've never been good at it...in school or in my life.

I do not hate math at all. I prefer it because it is just numbers and nothing complicated at all. I think it is more simple than any other subjects out there.

yeah,I don't like math.It is too hard to syudy.It really takes time. What horrible math!!!!
