Well we watched it last night though I am not a really be fan. Clayton 8 didn't really care for it thinking the best stuff was on the previews and it wasn't deserving of the hype. Colton 6 liked it and thought it was funny. Myself I would say it was good and you can tell there was more to it than just a regular 30 minute show. But for you all that censor your kids (NOT for KIDS) There is nudity and "the finger".
What did you think of it?

Hi,
I have pretty much watched the TV show since it first came out. Saying that...I was kind of excited when the movie was coming out. However, I pretty much found it to be just an extra long show, not really a movie. I have to say I was a little bit disappointed. :(
cheers,

I guess since you watched it from the start you have seen so much you would be dissappointed. Being that I seldom ever watch it I thought it was good. But Clayton has seen it more than me and didn't like it. Thought it wasn't that special either. Vicki

although the simpsons is a cartoon series in its essence, the topics and contents it touches on does not make it very suitable for children. that being said, i appreciate how the simpsons, and in this case, the movie version, brings a light hearted note to issues that most of us would not be willing to face or even be concerned about on normally. i also like how the simpsons moovie has lots of totally random and funny scenes that can somehow link up and make sense of the storyline and plot

I agree that it isn't for all kids but there got to be some kids watching it concerning Ronald McDonald is putting the figure toys in their happy meals which is for kids. Hmmm
