Well in my case i cannot say i was a bad student, but i wasn't amazingly brilliant either. The subject i hated the most was maths...ugh, couldn't stand them. In others like english, geography, history...it was very easy for me and i loved studying them..but maths? i studied on and on just to get c's!! lol. Oh well, what are you gonna do.
Which was the subject that you disliked the most? What was the hardest one for you?

when i was in high school, i hated math the most, especially algebra and trigonometry. oh, don't forget geometry. i hate studying those theorems and postulates just to prove angles and figures. while with algebra solving the equations. but when i reached college, i started to like algebra and see how easy it was. i wonder how come in high school i really can't understand algebra. maybe i'm just not interested.

I was always a good student. I loved science, then maths and chemistry and physics. I was good at geography too. But I hated history. I found it boring (except ancient history - loved that!!) Also I was average at English - but that was because it wasn't my first language - I was brought up speaking Italian at home. Funny but now I'm a romance writer :)
And the subject I hated the most was physical education. Using your brains, I had a chance but I was never any good at sport.

OH lighting, my friend, math for me too LOL
It's actually a neat subject but it really bored me so much and for that my grades suffered and I was never able to enjoy it fully.
Truth be said I never really study much for it.. I would fall asleep really fast. But I did have difficulty with that subject.

In my case, maths was one of my favorites. History, geography and french among others. I hated science, was too boring. Even in my 12th class i hated physics and chemistry, biology being eliminated after 10th. English was also good, used to learn new words everyday. Was interesting. Neways, i enjoyed my time at school studying these subjects, and whatever i had studied in school, its still all fresh in my mind.

Math was definitely my most hated class, and science was right behind it. I know that I use math in my day to day life all the time, but algebra and all those just confused me! I really like english and history, but the rest I could have done without! LOL!

I think it was biology. I don't know exactly why but I think it was because of the bulky nature of the course. There are a lot of things to learn, a lot of different concepts all the time. At one time it was maths but then after a while I was able to understand maths and even liked it so much. But biology, I never actually like it at all. I guess I am a little different because other people enjoyed biology.

I was the opposite from you. I liked maths. I was not good in chemistry and physics but still can deal with them. What I hated most were geography and history. I had too memorize them all like a train especially history. You didnt know how hard the exam would be for them. My teacher would gave the questions that with the answers as long as a train and they had to be written exactly the same in the book not more not less.

The subject i could not stand was just like you math.
I know that when i was a child i was very good in math, i had a wonderful teacher and i enjoyed it.
But as i grew older my family traveled alote, and the level of mathematics was very different in another country i lived in for a few years, so when i came back i was so far behind, and they always misplaced me in a different batch group, that i could not stand it, and i just developed a hatred for that subject. and i also grew a love for literature, so it replaced any subject. :)
I went to the principal office and told her that me and math are not good together and i do not intend to learn or see the math teacher again, my parent were called in and there was alote of trouble, but i decided, and when i decide, nothing can move me for the good and worse. Lol.
Only when i got to the army i decided to go to a group of people that had the same problem as me, the hate for math. LOl.
I had a wonderful teacher that first of all was a great person, and he taught us math and teached us that every subject is interesting, if you learn it with a person that knows how to teach it and loves it.
I scored 99 out of 100. and was very happy.
But still today i enjoy literature more then math. :)

Maths was the subject I most hated when I was at school. This is because I found it so difficult. I learned one topic then forgot it after I went on to other topics. Long multiplication and division I found very challenging. I didn't get on very well with algebra.
I also really disliked Physical Education. The PE teachers thought I had very little skill in the subject. I was not very fast at running and I was poor with all ball games. I just didn't enjoy it at all. Music was another subject that I wasn't much good at.
My favorite subjects were English Language and English Literature. I also really liked History, Geography and Religious Education. I found Art and Drama quite enjoyable. Generally I tried hard with the subjects I liked and didn't bother much with Maths, PE or Music.
Funnily enough I did go back to college to study Maths in order to get into Teacher Training. I had an excellent tutor and would say it was amazing how good he was at explaining the Maths to me. I teach all different subjects to children. I can make Maths exciting to children but I have always found teaching PE and Music challenging.
