What is your favorite thing to grill?

I love to grill London broil
I marinade it in Dales for about 1/2 hour on each side... cut slits and stuff cloves of garlic in it.
Baby back ribs
I rub with seasonings (peprika, minced garlic, montreal steak seasoning) and wrap in foil.. bake for about 2 hours and then throw it on the grill with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce.

We haven't done chicken on the grill in a while. Sounds good though, definately have to make that in the near future!!

Soup, now that would be something to try. I bet it gives it a pretty nice taste to it. It will be on my list for the hubby to try making. lol

I love red meat cooked on the grill - especially steaks and hamburgers! My mother in law likes to marinate a pork tenderloin and grill it and that is quite yummy too!
I hardly ever use the grill myself. I think it's a very male thing, because my husband just loves to fire up that grill!

KABOBS...with chicken, shrimp, steak, pineapple, peppers, mushrooms, zuchini, and whatever else we can come up with to throw on. Then brush with terriaki sauce while they are grilling.

I love to grill steak and potatoes! I always marinade the steak over night prior to grilling, it makes it very tender!
