I'm not sure, but I don't think you can get a tap on a cell phone. Not off the market at least. The government and spy agencies probally have access to that type of stuff, but other than that not sure. I agree with everyone else here. You should try and get an honest answer, or hire a P.I.

are things to that point that you feel the need to tap into his cell phone conversations.?. theres gotta be an easier Legal way of doing things...hiring a private investigator will cost you, but you may get the answers you seek...
or just ask your husband...you may be able to tell he's lying on your own...

I hope you know this is very illegal and you could go to jail for it. Unless the cellphone is one you bought and the cell bill is in your name.

This isn't easy i guess. Maybe if you know someone from the servcie provider of your husband's cellphone. But then, i know it is very confidential and you can be sue for this.

If you can figure out his password for voice mail, you could at least get his messages, or take a look at his contacts or incoming calls to see what you can find.
good luck!

legally? probably not, unless you work for the government who have that kind of authority. they are ways i'm sure to do it. it would be considered in the "gray area" at best.
