Lalitshukla Thats not a bad Idea at all. Infact, I believe India(I am an Indian) should copyright the Great 'Taj Mahal' & monuments like 'Kutub Minar'.. its quite practical. This is a materialistic world & everything has a price attached to it.

Lalitshukla Yeah, I do spend some quite time but its more of introspection these days than meditation. I used to meditate a bit and its very relaxing. I feel like getting back to my old habits, they were much better..

Lalitshukla I think you can help yourself by doing some hardwork with treadmill & running or jogging will also help I believe. You can plan your diet too. Lastly, if you think it aint too big.. just start liking it!! :P
