Which do you use more often, hanky or tissue?

During my school days, it was a common thing for me to always bring at least one piece of handkerchief. Not for anything else, but I'm used to bringing a hanky everywhere I go. However, a lot of things changed since I got married more than five years ago. Whenever my then boyfriend (he's now my husband) would invite me to visit his parents and siblings in the province, the hanky I brought would almost always be left in their house. Either it escaped my thoughts or he would tell me to just leave it with him so that he'll be able to wash it before returning the same to me. If I may say, his body perspires so much that he needs to always bring a small towel along with him. Unfortunately, it's very rare that my hankies would be returned to me. But I've got no regrets since I still get to see and use some of them together with our spare clothes we left in my in-laws' house. Regarding tissue paper, I often use it now here in the workplace. But I do leave it here in the office.

I always have my hanky with me wherever I go. Of course I use tissue for some comfort but hanky is my buddy. it can help you in all situation, getting wet, under the sun, raining, wipe of dirt, wrap up things and all the others. Always have a hanky and tissue in your bag.

I prefer tissue.. because I always lose my hanky. ;-)

I just use disposable tissues. I prefer those since I can just throw them away when I'm done and I don't have to bother with washing them all the time.

I don't used hanky eversince, I just like it to collect whenever gives me as a gift. I do always have tissue in my bag or pocket coz, I'm very forgetful in things and I once try to carry hanky but I lost it so very easily. For me tissue is handy and clean coz it is dispossable and I can used it anywhere and everywhere.

I never use a hanky because I think they are nasty. They carry germs and are just generally icky. My brother has carried a hanky for years. I would rather use tissues that I can throw away. It's more sanitary and not as icky.
