what is the best work out for a flat tummy?

im not a chubby person but i have a chubby tummy. how do i work it out?
i guess i dont have to have a heavy diet because im happy with my body now, its just the tummy that i hate.
help me out. thanks.=)

I know several people in the same situation as you are. They are not chubby but they want to get rid of the excess baggage in the tummy side in time for summer holidays. A couple have taken up jogging about 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Two months on and you can see a lot of improvements. Jogging is free, you enjoy the outdoors, you keep yourself healthy and fit and best of all you would also get great legs. :o)

we've the same problem, i consider myself to be under weight or thin (4"11 / 100 lbs) i would love to gain a few pounds more. but my tummy is a bit embarrasing. it bulges when i sit down, and after meals it shows. i cant wear fitted top.
i tried this slimming lotion before and it works. but its now in the market now, i'm still looking for new ones.
i don't like exercises too much, because im afraid my whole body will grow thinner, instead of just my tummy.
but a friend told me to do simple stuff like, don't have too much cold drinks, stand up atleast 20mins after meals and do exaggerated movements like when picking up something, try to do it in an 'exercise like' movement.

Hi. Holding the stomach in for counts of 8, while working out, or punching a bag or walking... This is a common one, "Sit Ups" and "Push Up"...
