Shopping at the dollartree

I love to go to the dollartree. They always have really good deals on scrapbooking things. Snacks are always good to look at also. Once I found boxes of yogos all flavors for only a dollar. I picked up three boxes because my daughter loves them so much so I saved $2.94. Olive oil is another good deal I find often there. When they do have olive oil in stock I pick up a couple of bottles to keep on hand. The other day I found a box of cheesy taco chez its at only a dollar I thought it was a good deal and my family loved them. Also cleaning products are a good steal over there. So what kind of deals do you find at dollartree.

I like to buy gift bags and greeting cards at Dollar Tree. Gift bags are ridiculously priced everywhere else. I mean, you can buy four or five of them at the Dollar Tree for the price of one at Hallmark. It's crazy.

Thats true and they work just as well as the hallmark ones. I love dollar tree. Just got back but couldn't really look because hubby was with me and had to get to work. Thanks for the comment.

I can get shipping items, like large padded envelopes there for much less than any of the main stores that sell those items. Also, it's great to get Christmas decorations at Dollar Tree. You can get so much, for so little. And my favorite thing is gift bags. They are just as nice as some of the ones in Hallmark. So many of them are unique, and are beautiful for giving birthday, anniversary, or even Christmas gifts.

I love there gift bags. When I need one I always go there. I also love there cards. People usually just throw cards away after anyway so at only .50 cents each its a real steal. Once I bought one of those Christmas villages there. Today I went and they started putting out their Christmas stuff already. Thanks for the comment

I LOVE THE DOLLAR TREE! LOL. They have everything that you could possibly want there. I like it because it is always cleaner than most other dollar bargain stores I've been in. To me, the Dollar Tree is high end bargain shopping! They even have a freezer section (like one of the other posters pointed out.) I try to make separate lists for when I'm shopping, one for the regular store, and one for the Dollar Tree. You have to be careful in there, though. I always find myself spending a bunch of money there, because I always think "Well, it's only one dollar!" LOL

We love the Dollar Tree too. We get a lot of our cleaning supplies and snacks for the kids there. Plus decorations for most holidays. My adult daughter likes to put together gift bags for her sons' classes at school and Dollar Tree has a nice cheap selection of items that are perfect for gift bags for little kids. We get bubble bath for the kids. The Dollar Tree is just fun to shop in, even for gifts to give.

We LOVE the dollar tree!!! I buy lunch box snacks there, and all our seasonal stuff like basket fillers at Easter, Stocking stuffers at Christmas, party favors for my kid's class, school supplies like pencils and erasers, and gift bags. One thing that has probably saved me a fortune is bargaining with the kids on toys. When they ask if they can have a toy when we get ready to go shopping, we always do the dollar tree first, that way I can tell them that if they are getting a toy, they are only getting one, so they can wait and get something at Walmart or wherever we are going, or they can get something NOW at the dollar tree. They can never wait, so instead of something costing $5, I get out with just $1, and can say later, sorry, you got your toy at the dollar tree. You can't have one here too.
