Sorry it's been taking me a while to respond to your posts...I've been sick for the past few days. No fun. I love cheesecake for dessert and my husband likes for me to make him cupcakes. He says I'm the Cupcake Queen.:P I've never tried rhubarb before, but I have heard it's pretty tasty. I think my husband likes rhubarb pie.

My absolute favorite is tiramisu. It's so wonderful. I also love cheesecake (especially my mom's cheesecake), peach cobbler... well, a lot of things. If I could, I'd have dessert after every meal, LOL. What can I say, I have a big sweet tooth.

I like cream caramel the most! Especially if it is put in the refrigerator and I eat it while it is still cold, yummy! I like the soft texture of the dessert and the feel of it when it glides through my throat. I am fasting today and writing this discussion really makes my mouth water! I like ice-cream too. But I don't know what is Rhubarb. How to make it? Can you give me a recipe for this? Thanks.

Well I love the really old-fashioned English desserts like rhubarb crumble, or blackberry and apple crumble, with custard. I also absolutely adore treacle tart or treacle pudding, again with custard. I guess it's because the UK is quite a cold country, we excel in warming, comforting desserts that are great for a cold, wet, Winter's day.

It looks really good. My grandma made Rhubarb pies all the time when we were growing up. She had some plants out by the barn. Thank you for sharing. I like cheesecake. I have a no-bake cheesecake recipe that I use quite often.

How do you make melted rhubarb?
I am not very choosy when it comes to dessert. But my absolute favorite is chilled coffee jelly served with sweet whipped cream.

I have to say that I love MANY MANY desserts, I couldnt pick one favorite. Although I looove cheesecake, I don't eat it very often So I am going to stil with baked goods and icecream I love mixxing cake and icecream together, and unless it's french vanilla, the icecream has to be chunky or have pieces in it, like cookies and cream, or strawberry cheesecake Mmmmm ^_^
