Is everyone ready for their kids to go back to school or are your kids ready to go back?

I'm ready for my neighbor's kids across the hall to go back to school! There is a wealth of kids in this apartment complex, but none two so troublesome as his kids. He is probably why the kids are like that, so maybe he could go to school with his kids. I'm sure there is a lot he hasn't learned.
