What not to do when you see someone driving at night with their lights off.

I have a couple friends here that are police officers and they have told me that you should not flash your lights at someone that is driving at night with their headlights off. This applies in my state but could happen elsewhere...

Coast 2 Coast Chat In germany someone who flashes their lights from behind is telling you to move over you are going too slow and usually people who flash their lights is a signal that there is state trooper/police up ahead.

Coast 2 Coast Chat First of all he is your child NOT hers or anyone else's, you do what you feel is best since it is not harming him in anyway. If no one likes what you do then by all means you know what they can do and that is putting it lightly.
