What not to do when you see someone driving at night with their lights off.

I have a couple friends here that are police officers and they have told me that you should not flash your lights at someone that is driving at night with their headlights off. This applies in my state but could happen elsewhere...

Coast 2 Coast Chat In germany someone who flashes their lights from behind is telling you to move over you are going too slow and usually people who flash their lights is a signal that there is state trooper/police up ahead.

Coast 2 Coast Chat I want to add that all my kids are very smart and were fed formula. I have a one month old and she is formula fed and is advanced for her age.
