What do you do When you are Bored?

I don't know, sometimes I am soooo bored that nothing seems to fix it. I try to read something, or watch some dvd, or just sleep. I am unemployed for four months and it was getting terribly boring. Now I am teaching in a school but not full time. It got better.

I usually plug up my surge protector and jump on the internet. That eventually gets dull, so I start writing. I do crafts, or I bake something. Sometimes I play a computer game.

The only that I would probably do which would be a last resort would to do some housework..Those chores that seem to always be put off ..

wow I would read a good book, or maby explore the internet sometimes i am so busy just doing everydat stuff that i dont get itme to really look around.i probley would play at a game site like pogo or somewhere there are people i can chat with.

I usually turn on my pc when I get bored. I play some non-strategic games like shooting and the like. If even that does not get rid of my boredom I just take a nap. It really feels rejuvenating and fresh again.

If no one is around online to chat with or available to talk on the phone I will just other ways to entertain myself online, such as coming to mylot and replying to discussions or posting them, which is why I am here now pretty much.. Im bored! lol.. I also play games online like bingo and monopoly and sorry! also a LOT of times I will go on my myspace page and update my profile. sometimes I just play music on the computer and clean the house. The kids and I have tons of board games we play also. with 3 kids I hardly ever find myself bored lol.. I always have to think of ways to keep THEM entertained hehe..

LOL! I wish I had the time to be bored. My life is so hectic that I rarely have a minute to myself, so the idea of having time to be bored is very appealing to me!!But I guess if that situation ever arose, I would be happy catching up on some housework, reading one of the endless magazines I buy but never have time to read, playing with my cats, watching one of the endless movies I record on video and never have time to watch......... the list is endless!

I think I know exactly what you mean. Those days are really terrible days. You feel like you are in some sort of prison of some sort. I usually try to sleep because I enjoy sleeping when it rains anyway. I then get back to the TV after a while and try flipping through the channels and hoping to find something new an interesting. I usually don't read though.

See basically my favourite pastime is Internet if there is no internet then I would watch a DVD to kill time .This is waht can be done , else may be read some books .

To get rid bored you have to look at fishes in the aquarium. Will never feel bored. Something new for you, maybe. Buy one small aquarium, fill up with varieties of small fish and all of the accessories...justly nice for you.

Well if my daughter is at the garderie for a little while,i head out in the garage in my little workshop and make some wood crafts.Like for a commoning up season(x-mas,halloween etc.)or just something to hang by my door.Thats how i fight boredom on a rainy day.Plus ill browse the internet looking for stuff.

It really depends on the day. sometimes i will read, sometimes i will watch a movie and other times I will get some extra housework done. I also work on my scrapbook when I am bored.

i hate days like that, i tend to read a book, or do a crossword or word search, or maybe one of the jobs around the house, that tends to never get done, like sorting out the kids bedrooms, sorting our a drawer that when u open everything springs out of it.lol, so at least for a few days u arent attacked by paperwork or other load of rubbish..lol

I read books, the one that can help me learn new things, like for example im reading the book on how to handle your money/financial literacy. I read also the book of Robert Kiyosaki. The Rich Dad Poor dad, its a very inspiring book. Sometimes i played a guitar and learn new songs and chords and sing my favorite songs, and also i try to compose songs.

I do net surfing, I am never get bored from this and when i am bored on everything else i come here to open my PC and open myLot and having fun. This is the most recent way i am enjoying my days and night. I have a lot of friends here so why I will be bored

I don't get bored often because I love life .I like reading. Sometimes when I am really bored I would a good book ,or play games online ,or listen to music ,or just sleep.these usually make forget it.It is a way to chat with my friends ,but is not the best way to get rid of boredom...if you love reading,this is a good way to fight your bored..Have a nice day..

usually when youre bored you wouldnt be able to think of anything better to do, like everything else would not work, so usually when im bored i take some chocolate, an energy drink , or 3 cups of coffee, or 2 cans of coca cola, so it would jump start my mood, then everything becomes bearable, like i would start conversing with people, when you involve others boredom will be eliminated.

Allow for our parentes,they put more love on our children,that is man's nature.when we were old like them,we will do same thing ,Just keep the yardstick.

When I am bored I like to pick up a good book. I love to read and it can always fill my time. :)
