Don you think internet is a wonerful thing? / myLot

Internet is a wonderful thing - In a family there are members. Al want to sit by the computer and work in different ways. But if you have only one what to do?

I wish I could have one more computer in my home conected with Internet. This becouse my son also want´s to sit here and anjoy his friends in the internetworld. But that would be to expencive for mee. I have to have one more phone, one more network, one more computer. And that is simple something I can not afford. Are you more members in your family also enjoyning internet? How to solve the problem when you and yours familymembers want to sit by there at the same time?

I think internet is wonderful too but I haven't experienced your problem because each of my family members owns a computer... I think you should give the sit to the one who really needs to use it.

Ok, but if there is not really a need, just to hang around with friends on different sites and chatt. Then what?

Hmm... you can set a time limit (i.e. 15min) for each people so that all of you can use it.

That would not work here, sorry, have tryed that already. My work on the net take some time. I try to make a little business so I need the net to make it happend. My son only want to play and socializing. Therefore a timeset did not work here.

I think internet is good both for entertainment as well as for knowledge - I use it for both. Unlike you I am lucky to be the only one using the computer and net at home. You could share internet time with your son keeping fixed hours for yourself.

I am a member of agloco, but I have the problem of people trying to get in my computer every time I use the toolbar. Have the same problem to?

It is not only wonderful, it is more of necessity in the present day world especially for those who are computer literate. It helps in saving time and money.

I'm a shut-in and cannot go out so the Internet isn't really a luxury item for me. I've no car, and can't walk any distances. Depending on your son's age, the Internet can be dangerous as well as entertaining. There are very many predators praying on the young.

I am a user of Agloco surfbar, but I have problems with people trying to get in my computer therefore I do not let it on more than the five ours aloud in the month. I am curios, Have you been paid yet and if so how much did you get paid?.
