CraftyCorner The problem is I do not think a merchant will tell their customers that they will charge a transaction fee. It will be somewhere in the very small print somewhere very unobtrusive. That is the nature of fees, they hide, yet they add up.

CraftyCorner An easier way to do it is to go on their websites and do a search for "4% per use" or similar line. It will be on the small print but Cntl+F will hunt it up quickly, so you don't get eye bleed.
