According to Chinese lunar calendar, autumn has come. I live in Wuxi, China, where it's been cooler these days. I find i find my throat a bit itchy and asthma has come back a bit, not much, which makes me feel aweful. I don't know if it's because of the weather change or because of the honey I've had three times a day . Are you in worse condition like me?
