Why a lot of people buy in Walt Mart?

Years ago when I lived in a small town I shopped there a lot because it was a good cheap one stop place. Groceries and clothes, etc. Now I live in Houston where there are a lot of them. I can't help but feel that the quality has gone down. They have become the "elephant in the room" No-one wants to challenge them. When we first shopped there, they proudly proclaimed most of their items were made in America, Not now. As far as a good stock for people who like to invest it remains a good stock to buy. But somebody ought to tell the stockholders that the quality there is beginning to decline.

I shop at wal-mart because of the low prices well to low to be honest and end up with junk items... I mean I bought a dvd/vcr player two years ago hardly used it and the vcr went out of it.. The warranty is already gone also.. I think from now on when my buy things like that I will go to radio shack or other places.. I was told though the things are wal-mart are things that are left from other stores that they can't sell mainly the vcr's and such... I believe it cause they hardly ever have anything in stock when you want it...

I think people shop at Wal-Mart because their prices are so low. Unfortuantely their prices are extremely low because they use cheap labour. I refuse to shop there because I refuse to support cheap labour. I am not going to sink to new lows, just for lower prices. They also underpay their store employees.

Because Walmart is great! Most everyone loves walmart. They have great prices and lots of things. You can get almost everything in one spot. And now with the super stores they are even better. They have clothes,toys,automotive, pharmacy, shoes,electronics, housewares, lawn and garden, bank, hair salon, nail salon, and even a restaurant. It is really a one place shop. It is so convenient because you don't have to go to 10 different stores. You can just go to 1.

Well I know my whole family shops at walmart a lot. We all love shopping at walmart because its close to us we live about 5 minuts away from walmart and the prices our pretty cheap usually a lot cheaper then the other stores which is a reason I love shopping there I usually buy mostly dvds and video games and there pretty good prices but my only complaint is that they dont have enough of movies and videogames like best buy does.

One - Walmart has just about EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Two - They have good prices
