Milk,90% time I choose milk.A pack of milk and several pieces of toast, that's enough.I don't want to eat too much in the morning, but toast and milk can provide me enough energy.

I like all of them except coffee. I'd drink any of the rest of them. Herbal tea would also be nice. Chamomile to start the day the calm way. Peppermint tea to put some spring into your step. Ever start your day with orange spice tea? It's a change of pace from orange juice and you might like it.

Once I get up from my bed it's a habit for me take two glasses of cold water. After about an hour I then take my breakfast. Other than the foods a cup of lovely hot coffee is a must for my breakfast. Only hot coffee could give its real and natural aromatic fragrance when served. After having a cup of hot coffee I feel more energetic and pleasant for the whole day.

Upon waking up I drink a cup or two of slightly warm water. I am also a late riser and I don't usually take breakfast. If I do, I take only light ones like soft curd (we usually call "taho", sold every morning by ambulant vendors), milk (sometimes with cereals), yoghurt or any fruit.

For breakfast I drink orange juice. If their is no orange juice I'll drink water or any other juice that is in the refrigator. The only time I drink milk is when I eat cereals or cookies. I'm not a big coffee drinker, I usually drink about 5 cups of coffee a month, during the morning. I hate chocolate milk and I do not drink chocolate drinks.

Well, I used to be a big coffee drinker....I could put down a whole pot by lunch time. I decided, however, to make the switch to tea. I now have a cup of tea, usually black or pu-erh (they have the most caffeine) first thing in the morning, with my breakfast. I drink other varieties of tea during the day, depending on my tastes and moods at the time.
