What time do you usually wake up??

I use to wake up at 8am. Sometimes earlier to catch the sunrise. It calms me watching the sunrise.

mitzwu i wake up at 5:30 am to prapared braekfast to my kids mon.to friday.but on weekend day i woke up 8to9 am.

Do you revolt against the smell of durian?

I have tried to eat durian for several times for its good taste but I was failing.Because I can stand its terrible smell.Have you eaten this fruit?And do you used to its smell?

mitzwu no,i never try it because i cant stand the smell.but my mother-inlaw love to eat this when she eat this fruit im going outside of the house in going my home.its really have bad smell whew i feel failing too if i smell the durian.

mitzwu i eat today in my breakfast is buns stem with soya milk.my lunch i eat soup noodles and my dinner now i prpare wanton soup with vagetable,fried fish and egg with shrimp my older love this.

mitzwu the best way losing weight for me dont eat much rice just eat more fruit like oranges apple papaya banana and grapes and do excercise everymorning or afternoon about 30 min.can help you lose weight.
