When you wake up in the morning are you happy? Or are you grouchy?LOL Im usually happy unless Im not feeling good. When I was younger in my teens I was very grouchy in the morning. I dont know what happened to change the way I wake up in the morning!I guess its called Life.LOL

Hello Terryz.
I wake up with a big smile most mornings and that is beacuse my dog come and lay down on me and give me a big wet lick in the face and the pot her head to my neck and want to be nice, so I can only smile and be happy.
Hawe a greate day.

I am neither happy nor grouchy. I wake up rather normally. I feel if I am deliriously happy when I wake up, something is bound to go wrong and if I wake up grouchy, I might as well get back to sleep. So I just keep a normal expression on my face and so I won't be disappointed any way the day goes.

Well I am not to bad actually I can't say I am happy lol but I am not grouchy either, I do have to say though that when I get up I need to be up an hour before everyone used to be as I just need that Hour to myself
Now I live alone lol so I have that hour no Problems to myself
I used to always get up an hour before the Kids had to get up for me to get them ready and I used to be fine but if I did not get that hour I would go mad at myself lol and irritated

I wouldn't say grouch is the word when I wake up...but I do like my quiet...and am a bit slow getting started until I've had my cup of coffee...I've been like this ever since I can remember..It just takes awhile for the batteries in my body to get going and clear those cobwebs out of my mind...LOL

I cant say for sure that i have same mood in every morning. It depend on if i have seen any bad dream or a nice dream also if i want to sleep more and not, generally when i have to wake up early i get mad and i dont want to do anything for sometime, just sit back and relax

It just depends. If it's a weekend, I'm usually pretty happy. If it's a week day, then I'm usually sad and mighty grouchy. I get ready, and grumble about how miserable I am, and how I hate my life, and how I hate my job, and how tired I am. Then I go to work, and smile, and pretend like I'm glad to be alive. I guess I'm two-faced. lol

It all depends if I have a good nights sleep. If I wake up still tired then I am grouchy and my mornings don't get off to a good start. If i have had enough hours sleep then I wake up refreshed and in a good mood. Most of the time I am in a good mood though.

I'm usually not in the best mood when I wake up because I'm so tired. I'm mad that I have to get up, I'm mad that I didn't get enough sleep, I'm mad that it's so early. And I'm sometimes dreading seeing my boss and wondering what crap she's going to grip about today. But that's 3 days of the week, THe rest of the week when I'm working nights, I can pretty much sleep as late as I want the next day, so I'm in a good mood when I wake up.

many times i feel grouchy in the morning specially during this days..when the time i woke up happy was when i dreamed of something good and it puts smile on my face..there are times i just opened up my eyes and i am happy for no reason..
but now, i could not find a day to wake up smiling..somehow today i woke up with a smile because i found God inside my heart..and thats what's making me happy right now..just God is making me happy and no one else and nothing else..

When I wake up in the morning I am usually happy, would not want to start my day feeling grouchy or the rest of my day will be affected. I try to be cheerful & thankful for each time I wake up, its another day in my life and much to look forward to.

I am now happy to wake in the morning. My new job gives me such joy. There have been jobs that I worked that caused me to not want to get out of bed in the morning. The only time I am grumpy is when I don't get a good night's rest.

I am neither happy nor grouchy. First thing when I wake up, I kiss my child and then think of my Lord and repeat His name to myself. Then I embark on my day’s journey. But yes I agree with you that when I was younger, I used to be grouchy in the morning too, specially when my mom would wake me up for school. But now with responsibility on my shoulder, I don’t feel bad about waking up.

I hope as I grow older I become happy in the mornings. When I was young and living at home with my parents I was very grouchy in the mornings. Now that I am married, living on my own and with a small child, I am not necessarily grouchy but I am not happy either. I am just in a daze until I get good and awake. Maybe things will change with time. I hope so!

Well, when I wake up each morning, I'm in pain. So there's always the immediate thought of, ow! LOL, but generally once that passes, I'm cheerful in the mornings. Not so cheerful that it irritates people, but just enough where it makes the morning pleasant to share.

I am happy but I still want my space and to be left alone until I wake up properly. I won't bite your head off for talking to me too early or anything, but I will avoid human interaction until I am completely awake. Lately, my son's glowing smile and sweet little "Hi, Mommy" every morning will snap me right into happiness. I love his happy moods in the morning.
