If all the seperate sects and churches all proclaim that their way is the ONLY WAY, and "the one true path to salvation" and that all other religions are led by false prophets, are they not engaged in religious bigotry. It's kinda like thehy are saying, "We'll let anybody into our club of people who are the only ones who shall get into heaven on the day of reconing, You just have to agree with everything that we say!"
I doubt that God is going to come back just to settle the age old question who is right, who is wrong, and whose interpretation was/is the closest to what he really intended to say?

Religion is man made and God is One and Omnipresent. Those who see God in each and every person is the true follower of God. Service to humanity, however small is always appreciated in the eyes of God. Those who teach that only their prophet or God is there, they live in a fools paradise. All religions lead to the same ONE Omnipresent, Omnipotent God, True Light call Him Ahuramazda, Father, Allah or any such name.

God is Omnipresent and omnipitent and although churches are always in need of funding for something I have never heard that God needed money. Many of the people who have been "called" to the ministry were called by greed.

Isn't what you describe the primary message of Jesus?
Jesus says:
I am the Way, the Truth, and the Light.
No one shall come to the Father except through me.
If you want to enter life, obey my teachings.
If you love me, you will obey my commandments.
I would think that the Church that Jesus founded would also preach this. If there is only one truth in Jesus, then being a member of His Church is the one true path to salvation. You cannot separate the Head from the Body.
An example:
If the head of the Church, Jesus, says "I am God", then so must the Church, the body, say "Jesus is God".
A Christian sect teaching that Jesus is not God could not be His Church because that would mean that the head contradicts the body. As a result, this sect must be led by a false prophet.
