Because of you're looking fat or because of your health? I don't really go on diet but I do balance out diet like if I eat something greasy in the afternoon, I would eat something really light for two nights. I admit that I don't really do it for the health purpose, I do it mainly because I am afraid I would be out of shape. What about you? And if you are on diet, what dieting methods are you using?

I'm on the "I only eat when I feel like it" diet.
Keeps my weight under control. I drink a do-it-yourself 'milkshake' in the morning with s***-tons of vitamins and minerals/nutrients in it in the morning, and then I'll eat out at night. Pretty regular, but it works great.

Though it may look embarassing, I am on a diet because of both (Health and Physical Appearance). I am not that fat or humungous, as what would others call it, I think I just need to shed some extra pounds to make me look physicaly fit.
Now for health reasons, everybody knows that a turkey and a mistletoe!LoL (WHAT AM I SAYING HERE) Hahaha! Seriously, too much of something can be bad for us so I just make sure that I try to eat and maintain a balanced diet!;)

I am not doing any diet. Basically i don't need it. I am slim enough, and i think i eat a little bit of everything, so i don't feel the necessity of refraining. I mean, we all do some excesses now and then, but well life would be no fun without them hehe. I think the key is knowing how to keep a certain balance with it all.

I've never been on a diet, but I do try to eat intelligently, and sometimes I cut back on things like bread and cookies. I like this new "wrap" fad where they stuff all sorts of things into a leaf of romaine lettuce. I used to call that a lettuce sandwich, but "wrap" is trendy now.
