HYIP's are scams and illegal in the USA and most other places. Some of the matrix plans are illegal pyramids. MLM is a legal method of distributimg products and services. Although there are some scams that call themselves MLM but are not.

I did join a hyip in december - invest2pro. I searched online about it, watched it for a few days, then did a test investment (spend). I was paid just as promised. Did another test and was paid as promised. So then I invested more. Was paid as promised for the first few days. Then, the site disappeared. (It got shut down for spam, according to its host.) Admin came on discussion board and said some members had spammed and they were working it out with the host and would be back online. Haven't seen or heard anything since. Not sure why admin would bother posting if they were running with the money, but that sure seems like what they did. Also, they had paid people immediately preceeding the site going down - also seems strange to do that if they were planning on running. Maybe that was all just an elaborate plan to make everyone think it was a legitimate problem and wait until they were sure they had covered all their tracks. Or, maybe it started out legit and then they decided to heck with it, lets just take the money and run. Anyway, I am not ruined as I never invest more than I can afford to lose, but it is still annoying to have fallen for this!! I understand risk - and while it sucks to lose because of changes in the markets, it is even worse to just have your money stolen!! Out of curiosity, did anyone else here try invest2pro?

I am fully involved in hyip trading and i love it. I have made money and will continue to make because there is a method that is involved in trading with hyips. I currently used e-gold account to trade.

I enjoy hyip, investment and auto surf business despite of being scamed this days by two programs I trusted the most. I am using e-gold, because my country has restriction by PayPal. We can only send money, but we are not allowed to receive it.

HYIP, autosurf, matrix programs all are Ponzi's schemes or chain! You cannot intend these like investments but only like betting... you play games and you can win or lose... They are legal if where they have the host located are legal. Illegal if where they have the host is illegal! If all these programs don't claim to invest they become simply games!

i have invested a certain portion of my earnings from myLot on three HYIPs. i requested a withdrawal from one of them but i i haven't received it yet. withdrawals could take up to 24 business hours so i will just wait. HYIPs will someday fold up and end up scamming people but invest while early to get some profits and recoup your earnings. its a dog eat dog world in investment so be sure that you have the last bite.

well, i do use this for investements, but not the ones you mention. i use them in private investments. because i get my money back guaranteed. atm i have around 150$ in a private investment.. and i will get my money back guaranteed. but if it goes as an succes (and it will) i will get a lot more back.. but it's not something everybody can join unfortunaly ;)

I am also an HYIP Investor, player I would more call it. I have ben doing it for about a year now in this coming December, through out 12 months I have lost 600 of 700 dolars. SO Is HYIP a scam YES! Can you make money at it YES If you dont let your emotions and greed overcome the fact you made 20.00 be happy with it and move on.
