I appreciate Forrest Gump's spirit. Even though he has low IQ, but he has a spirit that is never giving up. He sticks on doing on his goals and perhaps this is why he could succeed at last. So probably we can get some success in our post when we keep on doing our job well.

I also loved the movie! In the story, Forrest Gump, a simple man with a very low IQ, made a big difference in the lives of many people, not only in the United States but also in the world, as a whole. Everything is just coincidental and he was really a lucky guy.

i don't think his lucky is plain.lucky and unlucky, they are balanced.in other words,it seemed that the childhood of forrest was not so "lucky".often bullied by others, not accept by school because of the low IQ,could'nt walk well...but just these unluckys built forrest gump's lucky future.it is just a chain.forrest gump deserves it,does'nt he?

Sometimes, it's better to be lucky than good just like what Forrest Gump is. He was a dumb so no one would think that he can do good with anything yet he did and he done them well. The reason why he was able to prove himself that he was no dumb is because he was lucky. Not all of us have the chance to do so because not all of us are lucky enough.
And yes, Tom Hanks was really great! He did very well with his character as Forrest Gump, in fact, I can't imagine any other actor playing the role.

perhaps in some degree, it is the movie that make so much unbelievable things get real. of course, this is not the simple film, it tells one person's whole hard life. Anyhow, films always tell us much more than realty, and this is the reason why we are so much fond of movie rather than reality for the hope of struggling thoughout.
