LOL Heck no! I hate winter. I'm definately not ready for the cold. My furnace isn't either. We don't have enough fuel in the furnace to keep our place warm through the winter. We're getting it soon though. But I still hate cold weather. LOL I'm glad you're ready for it though. Hopefully your car will be ready for winter soon too. It's not good to have a car that's not ready for winter when it's winter. :-P

Yeah I know! We will get it ready soon. Our car sux though! LOL Also now that I think about it we arent really ready either. We dont have any fuel in our tank either. We have been pouring keresone in it here and there though and that seems to help a bit. :)

We did that at the beginning of summer, but we haven't done that in a while. We have space heaters too. But the guy's coming to fill up the tank in a few days. :)

Can anyone every be really ready for winter? We lived in the south the last 4 years, so this will be our first year of real winter weather since we left Iowa in 2002. We never missed it there, but we did miss our family. So, here we are battening down the hatches to have another go at winter, ice and snow.

noooo i hate winter! i hate being cold, i hate dressing in 4 layers of clothes. its fun making snowmen and angels with the kids and those fun lil snow ball fights, but i just dont like the cold. maybe i should move out of the mountains then huh? lol

I do not mind it BUT I dont like the cold much either. Just like now...it is about 40 out now and I cant stand that!! lol

I am sooo ready for winter. Since I live in Dallas, TX, I don't really have to do much to get ready for winter - it just doesn't get that cold and doesn't stay cold for very long. But we had such a hot dry summer and my a/c bills were so high, I'm am ready to the cool weather. Besides, I sleep so much better when it is cold in my bedroom

yesss im very much ready, this winter means: me starting a new life, im going to uni this year, which is way different from school.. i have only 4 days aweek to go to uni instead of having saturday and sunday home, i have monday-wednesday and sunday home.. i have free hours, different life, i mean its a whole new life for me and im very exciting to starting that life. i think it started off really well and i hope it will continue that way,, my uni is on tuesday and im so ready for it!!!

Well lets hope u r huh? I think we may have a bad winter but then again I really dont know! It is sooo cold here though! I am not sure where u r but right now here in pa in my town it is about 35 degrees outside. WAY TOO COLD FOR ME!!!!!

Everyone does know winter BUT they do not know what to expect!! It could be really bad or it could be just a little snow. We do not know!

Yeah so do. I love the snow I just hate how cold it has to be!! Ya know? I hope it is nt too bad out this winter. It seems like it maybe. We will see though! :)

Aww...Man that sux! I do not think I could ever move somewhere that doesnt have snow or barely gets any snow. I love the snow!! :) It is sooo beautiful!
