If you are a drinker of alcohol, have you decided to quit?

I like to drink now and then, a little wine and sometimes a beer or two. I don't know if it is age or what, but lately I just don't enjoy it like I used to. If I am socializing with friends and say have 3 or 4 drinks, it is way too much and I feel absolutely awful the next day, and for a couple days after that. I like to have a glass of wine with dinner sometimes, but even that seems to interrupt my sleep. Darn it, it seems like all the good stuff has bad repricussions. Anyway, feeling tired and lousy is just not worth it. I told hubby I'm not going to have any alcoholic beverages for a while. Have you ever felt this way. Where it is fun, but you feel like you are outgrowing it, or your not sure you want it in your life anymore?

At first (21) I drank moderately, even my 21st birthday wasn't that big of a drinking deal. Now I find myself slowing down, even going months without a drink. I don't need it and I do fine just having an occasional here and there.

No,I won't. Alchohol is not a bad thing when you are sad or impressed. Just for joy among friends.
