I've been using it for awhile on my Mac because I really don't like Safari.Because I like it on Mac,I put it on my Win XP machine.I used it a couple hours then it crashed.Restarted and crashed an hour later. It was the newest stable version. My question is, does anyone use it regularly on Windows, what version and have you had any trouble with it?

Yes i am using it on my XP and its running really good and fast but sometimes i use mozilla for some specific sites which do not display properly on Opera and i also like the downloading option given in Opera which seems like faster then Mozilla and windows default downloader ..........

I was using it initially but then stopped as I formatted my computer and never uploaded it again. It was a good and very efficient-I have just not got around to download it again. I liked its notepad feature and since my IE is right now working fine, I never felt the need, once it starts crashing again, my first choice will be opera- I like it better then firefox.

I just like it's speed and the tons of skins you can get for it.I also like that you can custom color the skins. This is the only browser that allows that.Never figured out why..

I've tried it but it isn't compatible with enough plugins and ActiveX controls. There are just too many sites I visit regularly that aren't compatible with it.

I haven't had any problems with plugins.Works well with my usual sites unlike gecko based browsers.

It can't run the shockwave plugin which is necessary for sites that I visit. It does have a Flash plugin, but isn't capable of running many of the flash menus that sites use. Just as an example try hyundaiusa.com. None of the menus available on the flash part of that page will work.

I use it and its starting to overtake my firefox use. I like the skin options and widgets(add-ons) that Opera has and I like how it doesn't require a restart when you get them (firefox does). You can always contact Opera developers if its not working right with Active X. The developers want to make the best product possible, the same as firefox. Look on their webpage and discussion pages as well for info. Personally I haven't had any crashes either, but I've had them with IE and a few times with firefox.

Yeah that's another thing I like, the wonderful support. It was one of the first tabbed browsers I ever used and it just keeps getting better.
