I dunno about this. But all that i know is, greeny food are very good for health. Avoid deep fried food instead go in for grilled food.
The former has lot of oil while the latter has very little oil.

Really, haven't heard of it..nor read it somewhere..can you post the link where you read it? that's pretty interesting.I never given any much thought of the colors of the food I eat.
