I recently read about this: it's said that fatty and caloric foods are beige or brown. so, the more brown or beige on your plate - the more chances to gain weight. Has anybody heard it too?

krishnafour I dunno about this. But all that i know is, greeny food are very good for health. Avoid deep fried food instead go in for grilled food. The former has lot of oil while the latter has very little oil.

krishnafour I think there is a problem in your cdrom laser head (reader lens). Try cleaning your cdrom using a head cleaning disk. Still if you find the same thing happening, i am sorry to say that you have to go for a new drive only. Hope your problem is solved easily.

krishnafour I dont think wearing a watch hurts me while typing or using my computer. I use ergnomic designer chair while using my computer. Apart from it i get up, walk and stretch myself every half an hour. Maybe that is the reason why i dont feel tired or stressed.
