Does wearing a watch when you type make your wrist hurt?

i usually take off my watch when i type because somehow it gets in the way using my laptop. it scratches on the unit.

I dont think wearing a watch hurts me while typing or using my computer. I use ergnomic designer chair while using my computer. Apart from it i get up, walk and stretch myself every half an hour. Maybe that is the reason why i dont feel tired or stressed.
