Do you eat til you are FULL...... Or not? / myLot

I mean, when you are having breakfast, dinner or lunch do you eat til you are full or leave some in the plate or you don't eat til you are full? I had my my meal today and I ate suprisingly well above full and I felt ashamed that thousands dont even get a meal and here I am eating til getting full and there they are dying to get even a glass of water. I am feeling really awkward today. Have I commited a sin? Yes, I did and I prayed for God to fogive me. Tell me about yourself and what to do when it happens like this? Do you eat til you are full or not?

If it is my favorite like mutton curry or prawns always I eat full.Otherwise to a limit only.I compensate and adjust my food intake accordingly.

Hi omer_ahmed_tabarik! I really don't eat until I am really full because it somehow makes me feel so sluggish, sleepy and lazy. My mouth is pleased because of all the tastes but my stomach is crying to the point that it feels heavy and so I just stop eating like this, I just eat in small portions with an interval of two to three hours within the day so as not to hear my stomach growling. Haha.. Take care and have a ncie day!

when you enjoy your food, you think of other hungry people and even feel guilty. i think you are very kind. i seldom eat very full because it's not good to health especially when you eat very full in the evening.

I usually know how much Im going to eat so I have the whole of it which's enough to make me almost full
