I was chatting with some friends yesterday and we were talking about which places to go and which one of them was the most romantic.
A lot of my friends thought Venice is more romantic, but I disagree. Paris rules! ;)
I would like to hear Your opinion about this!
Kinds regards,

I have not been to Venice so I cannot voice an opinion on the city, but that would probably be my pick. I have been to Paris and it wasn't all people make it out to be. Yes, there is lovely architecture and the culture is wonderful, but it was sooooo dirty there. I have also been to New York City and it seemed to be more dirty in Paris than it was in NYC.
I think Paris may be a little overrated.

Okay, maybe you are right that Paris is a bit overrated, but I disagree about the polution. It's normal that a huge city like Paris is a bit poluted, but not the whole city is. It really depends on where you are going. There will be more dirt in the suburbs then at the Louvre.
And don't you think NYC is more poluted because the city is bigger. Some friends of mine went there and think it is one of the dirtest cities...

I enjoyed my honeymoon in Venice and so would say it is a romantic city. The buildings are so beautiful and canals are so charming. The islands just outside the city are lovely to explore. I have also been to Paris and think it is quite romantic. There are some famous sights like the tower, the archway, the old churches and the parks. I think Dubrovnik is also a lovely place to visit that is quite romantic. It has an amazing city wall with delightful views, a charming old part of town and a woody island just of its coastline.

For me Paris is the sure choice --a city of arts andarchitecture also famous for romance and love .Though the beauty of Austria cannot be denied in its true sense but while it comes to romanticism Paris stands as the numero uno choice.

Oh definitely, Paris is the most romantic in my eyes. It's surrounded by the atmosphere of art and French is so beautiful.
