I personally think Vanilla extract is WAY TOO OVERUSED!! You can find it in nearly every recipe and it drives me insane. I love Almond extract. Anyone else share my opinion?

theVacuous1 Well, I find Almond extract has a bit more kick to it. You have to play around with it a little to find out how much you liek it. Personally, I use the same amount Almond extract as the recipe calls for Vanilla, but it is a personal taste.
