What are you majoring in and why?

I have always been curious what majors people go to school for and why they put themselves thousands of dollars into debt for.
I am going to school for Elementary Education because I love being around children and helping them learn.

I'm in school for IT/Visual Comunication. I want to learn more about technology, and I love being creative. Love it.

my major is English, i love English very much.
when i was 5. my mom began to teach me to speak English, she taught her by herself. so i respect her very much. then i am interested in English.
