I have worked for both, and in my experience the women have been much harder workers than the men. Women are more sensitive to the needs of the workers. Men like to sit in offices and shoot the breeze.

But the question is who makes a better boss? I think women are worse bosses.

Okay! WOMEN MAKE THE BEST BOSSES! I've never had a male boss that I felt much respect for.

Sometimes they can because they can be objective and not cave in. Most of the male bosses I have had cave in when you start crying or talking about your monthly cycle..at that point they become afraid of women...lol

I've had male and female bosses. They have almost all been terrible! Most of the woman seem to want to be in competition all the time, which I guess can be a good thing because it means they will do their jobs better but it is bad because thy tend to be more pushy. Men are more relaxed usually so they won't be so horrible but then they won't get the work done either! I think I would usually prefer a male boss though.

I haven't really had a male boss in over a decade. However, I've had both positive and negative experiences with different female bosses. Ultimately, it depends on the person's managerial style and personality and how you interact with those factors.
