How often do you visit ebay? And how often would you buy something there? What do you end up buying actually?

Hello wondericequeen, I always end up buying books and books and books. My husband loves computer gadgets. He could get it pretty much cheaper than buying from the shop. It has been quite sometimes for me to check stuff on Ebay. After falling in love with My Lot, I almost forget every single thing I love to do before ... *smiles*

Right mylot has really taken my time totally. I would be on here in the morning and persuade myself to leave mentally after a few minutes (because I could forsee to spend the whole time here). I would love to finish other things first before concentrating here. But then I would worry about not having enough time here - what a dilemma.

I actually visit ebay everyday. I like to visit every day because I sell on ebay as well as buy stuff. I usually buy cds, pet supplies and random things for the home on ebay.

What do you sell from there then? Stuff from home? Or you own a business there?

Hi wondericequeen! i visit ebay often, but not all that much. I use it mainly if I'm looking for something specific taht I haven't been able to find in regular stores, or I can't afford from stores. Some of my recent purchases have been a playstation 2 for my son, various clothing and doll patterns, and a kitchen scale. I've tried selling a few things but not much success with it. If I devoted more time to selling I would probably do better, but I'm happy with the way it's working for me now. ARe you looking to buy something through ebay? When I do purchase from ebay, I make sure the seller accepts paypal. This makes things SO much easier and safer. Good luck to you!

I am indeed thinking to sell something there. But I am not really sure yet so I just want to see how often people would go to ebay for stuff. Thanks for your response!

I go to eBay almost every day and keep my shopping list on there even for things I buy off-line. I buy eBay items a couple times a month, sometimes more. I've bought everything from a high-end sewing machine, pocket computers, clothes, replacement heads fro my electric toothbrush, software, books, cosmetics, you name it! EBay sellers often have better product descriptions than anyone else, so if an item I'm looking for is not available at the time, I check their completed listings to get the specs before buying it elsewhere.

Cool, you definitely buy a lot of stuff on ebay! I never did *laughs* but I have been doing research on the site and found that they do have a wide range of products to choose from, which is amazing! Sometimes the prices are freaky because they are so cheap.

Right, I was a little freaked about the sewing machine as it cost a LOT, but it turned out perfect and I saved a month's "salary" (OK, I'm finally retired, but you know what I mean.) The important thing to do is carefully review the seller's feedback ratings, as anyone selling an expensive item with low feedback numbers is probably scamming. It is safer and easier to use eBay in countries that allow PayPal, I think. I personally refuse to buy from anyone who does not accept PayPal.

Good! I will remember that! I want to sell stuff there but the thing is I have NO feedback *laughs*, not sure if people would trust me, but I don't intend to sell expensive stuff, so it should be OK.

I hardly ever visit ebay. Instead i shop on indiatimes. I have done some shopping there recently and had problems with the product but the kind of response they gave to my complaint is really praiseworthy. The product was picked up by them and i received a phone call too that they are looking in to the problem and the replacement would be done soon.

I visit ebay usually a couple times a week. I like to buy clothing there and sometimes books. I have bought so many things off of Ebay, and for good deals, too. I do not know what I would do without it! It has changed my life in the best of ways!

Hi there! Since I am into a buy and sell i usually visit ebay almost everyday... You can buy and sell your items there... Its like mylot every memeber has its reputation like you can read a feed back from the buyer and seller.. Like for me, I am 100% in my comments so the buyer and the seller will trust you. In my comment you can see they will leave a comment like: Great Ebayer! Highly reccommended! very professional and considerate and a lot of feed back from the persons who buy your items. You must also take care of your reputation so it will attract buyers...

I try to avoid eBay most days because I almost always find things that I want there. Lately, I've been checking it more often, but that's because I'm selling some of my clothing, and I like to check and see how it's doing. :) When I do find things that I want on eBay, it's usually things like Russian goggles and old clock parts. I like looking for things that are a bit unusual, and somewhat antique, but not terribly old.

I go there when I need to list some things or if I really want to get something. Especially if I don't mind buying used. I also use it to base prices off of the prices that others use to list. If it is a more pricey item I list it on Ebay if a lower price I normally sell at the flea market or yard sale.

I don't often visit Ebay because I don't think it is convenient because I can't have a live communication with the seller. I like shopping in another Chinese website called Taobao. It is friendly because I can't contact the seller and ask him/her about the goods I am going to buy. I buy various stuff via the net, such as the cellphone wire, phone card, dress, toys etc.
