anjalisk2005 breakfast is a very important meal of the day so don't skip breakfasts.if u wnat you can split ur major meals into two smallers ones.basically everybody has three meals a day butu can split the same to four or five small meals which would more energy-giving...

anjalisk2005 there no fixed percentage of saving..each month it vaires...and there are many months when there is no saving.especiaaly when there are festivals.

anjalisk2005 for me the dip usually varies with my mood.its ketup sometimes,mayo sometimes..did u try honey..i love that too.and i like it with salsa sauce too.my son like it with chocolate sauce and fruit sauce..

anjalisk2005 i guess u r lucky to a baby who is loving the natural food.there is no harm in eating natural foods.it will help her immunity and also give her lot of fiber whcih will help her digestion process and easy stools.

anjalisk2005 the normal salt we use is well processed one.so its safe and 100% out of impurities..but the sea salt is made in the traditional process.and is a little stronger than the normal one and it doenot contain iodine supplement.
