Hi, each person would have their won ways to relieve their tensions and frustrations i guess.
I for one always resort to music too, but soft, instrumental kind of soothing music. I simply sit down, shut my eyes, ears and minds to all other kinds of thoughts and just lie back and listen to my songs and get lost in the oblivion, away from this world, and it does not take me more than half an hour to return back to my normal self. But, the moods are different at different times, so i also resort to meditation and walks when i am frustrated, just a short time of meditation or a brisk walk out of the house, for an hour or so, refreshes me up.
It all depends what we would like to do at that moment, its basically wanting to shut yourself and get away from everyone for a while, so that you can get your sense back again.
