Ways to release frustrations:writing,singing or listening to music

When frustrations get in my nerve, I tend to listen to loud music especially rock songs to released my emotions. How bout you?

qiqige20 i am willing to go shopping and eat too much , but that is expensive.so the best method is keeping yourself happy.
